ZNP East Entrance: Drive 2.3 miles east on Highway
9. Turn left a the sign marked "North Fork"
and drive about 5 miles on paved road and another
3 miles on a well-graded road to where the canyon
crosses the road; pull out and park anywhere in
this area. |

A
great way to enter Orderville and see the narrows.
Experienced canyoneers can challenge themselves
by doing this canyon without the bolts; it's not
terribly difficult and is awfully fun. The exit
out Wild Wind requires some route finding and isn't
terribly scenic, but is a good option if you've
only got one vehicle. First Documented Descent by
Kip Marshall et. al., 2002 though it was likely
descended years previous. |
