  4 miles out Wild Wind Hollow, or 9.7 down Orderville and out the Zion River Narrows.

  4-6 hours for Wild Wind Loop, 6-10 hours to go out the Narrows.

  4 hours
Preferred Season:
  Spring through Fall
Shuttle:
  Not neccessary for loop, though you can spot a car at the head of Wild Wind to shave a 1/2 mile off your exit. If going out the Narrows, leave a car at the ZNP Visitor Center.
Permitted:
  Yes if going down Orderville; No if exiting Wild Wind Hollow
Drinking Water:
  Treatable water once you reach Orderville
Additional Gear:
  Perhaps a wetsuit if exiting Orderville in a cold season.
Driving Directions:
  From ZNP East Entrance: Drive 2.3 miles east on Highway 9. Turn left a the sign marked "North Fork" and drive about 5 miles on paved road and another 3 miles on a well-graded road to where the canyon crosses the road; pull out and park anywhere in this area.

Comments:
  A great way to enter Orderville and see the narrows. Experienced canyoneers can challenge themselves by doing this canyon without the bolts; it's not terribly difficult and is awfully fun. The exit out Wild Wind requires some route finding and isn't terribly scenic, but is a good option if you've only got one vehicle. First Documented Descent by Kip Marshall et. al., 2002 though it was likely descended years previous.
