Great as a 1-car loop hike or a longer hike out The Chute to a car shuttle. One method is to enter at the 38°41'59"N, 110°47'32"W (BD04) drop-in point, then go down Baptist Draw to its confluence with The Chute and then head up The Chute to where it begins to open - then head up out of the canyon and cross-country back to Baptist and down to where you entered.

Perhaps a more straightforward route is to head down Baptist and continue down The Chute to where a crosscut canyon enters from the west. Head up this canyon back to your car (either at Cowboy Camp or the parking spot listed below). Whichever way you slice it, please keep it clean - this is a no-bolt area. Check out the links for more detailed beta descriptions.

Frequently dry after a long drought, but best to go prepared - you may be doing some swimming if there's been rain recently.
