Additional Gear:
  long sleeves and pants or a wetsuit provide abrasion protection. This is a harsh canyon on gear, so don't bring your specialized wet-canyon mesh pack or favorite capilene top.
Driving Directions:
  From Hanksville: drive south on Highway 95 for 20 miles to mile marker 20.4. Watch for a gravel road that crosses the highway. Turn east (left) onto this road and follow it for 6 miles where the road T's. You'll see a solar pump about 300 yds before the T. 2WD vehicles can park here; 4WD adventurers will want to turn left here and proceed another .3 miles to the trailhead.

  Tight & scrapy. Usually dry (class A) but could potentially fill up and be much wetter so be wary of recent weather in the area. Lots of downclimbing, and, as usual for Robber's Roost, No bolts. Natural Anchors only, please. Make sure you know where your next anchor is coming from before you pull your ropes, as this canyon has some interesting natural anchoring problems to tackle.
